Cooking has always been more than preparing food. For me it’s how I connect, teach, and create meaningful experiences with others.

Experience & Credentials

With over 20 years of experience as a chef and culinary instructor, along with two master’s degrees in Educational Leadership and Curriculum & Instruction, I’ve taught in both classroom and professional kitchen settings.

Teaching Approach

In my kitchen, the focus goes beyond recipes. Students learn how to think, organize, and work with intention, developing confidence and independence, and real kitchen skills along the way.

Outcome

More than learning how to cook, students leave with stronger skills, greater confidence, and the joy of creating something with their own hands.
