Frequently Asked Questions
Cooking with teens is exciting, but we know parents have questions. Here are answers to some of the most common questions families ask before enrolling. If you do not see your question here, feel free to reach out.
PROGRAM BASICS
-
Our Teen Culinary Boot Camp is designed for students ages 13-16 who are interested in learning real, practical cooking skills in a structured and supportive environment.
-
No prior experience is required. We teach foundational skills step by step, so beginners are welcome. More experienced students will still be challenged and engaged.
-
Students will build confidence and independence in the kitchen while learning knife skills and kitchen safety, meal preparation and organization, cooking techniques and flavor development, teamwork and communication, and creative thinking in the kitchen.
SCHEDULING & FORMAT

Daily session will be 4 hours, class start time will be 10AM.
-
Boot Camp is offered in weekly sessions, Monday through Thursday.
-
At this time, enrollment is offered as a full-week experience so students can receive the full benefit of the program.

FOOD & SAFETY

Food allergies are taken seriously. Parents will be asked to provide allergy information in advance so the program can plan accordingly.
-
